Aloha Grill Hawaiian Bbq

I am not sure the name of the food that I ordered, but I think it is Aloha Grill Mix or something. It was good. My husband and I love it. We also ordered gravy fries. It is also good, but I think it is a little too salty, and we can't finish it. But overall, it is very good and might come back to try others on the menu.

The food here isn't the worst. It's relatively decent. I've had many things from here but my go to is usually the grill mix. My beef with this place is that they have gotten stingy / greedy. Not necessarily a bad thing because they have a business to run. But I slowly started noticing portions were getting smaller. Sauce used to be free and now there is a charge with no explanation. If they are hurting for money I totally understand, but quality is suffering. Some of the dishes such as loco Moco seem to use frozen hamburger patties, which is not worth the price in my opinion. It seems like management changed and there were decisions implemented which impacted quality for those of us who were going there before the change in owners. I hope the quality rises again and I look forward to making a return in the future.

I was close by and decided to try again; the man that took my order was very friendly and the food is delicious. Too bad people don't realize how easy it is to lose customers because of the way they are treated. I gave it another try; a lot of people would not. I would highly recommend their food and this time I had a good customer service experience... I would like to give it -0- stars as I did not get to order food. Always wanted to try it and was at another shop in the strip mall for work so decided to walk up. I didn't know what hours they were open but it was 10:55 am and the front door was ajar. I opened the door and was rudely told "we're closed". I said "the door was open so I thought you were open". no response so I left and will never go back. Too bad; everyone at my work says the food is good
