I dont normally take the time to write reviews but for this I'm making an exception! If I lived closer I wouldve returned and asked for a refund,but I didn't open my plate until I got home. I paid ALOT of money for a plate of oxtail that are soooo hard I can't bite into them. I don't have that type of money to waste on UNedible food.NEVER again.
Very poor service restaurant is nasty. Floors with trash and old food. Menu price doesn't match what they charge you from the register. Lunch menu is from 11 to 2 but they don't conveniently have items on it. Bathroom is a complete hazard as well as the entry door like no one has a sanitation duty. You can see the nasty kitchen too. I use to like coming because the food was pretty good but after all the above I'M DONE! So I tried Kryole Delight on Busch and got the satisfaction I was looking for.
I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Hopefully I can save one person. I have been going here for 5 years but tonight was by far theeeee WORST! Rotten cremas, spoiled black bean sauce and a dead roach IN MY FOOD! I will be contacting the health department. I called the manager Will and he was careless, condescending and offered no help. In response to his comment that is why the health department closed the restaurant until they get rid of the roaches and stop selling people rotten food! Look it up its public record.
