Aladdin's Eatery Strongsville

I love Aladins. Today I ordered a chicken salad rolled online, got in my car and arrived there 6 minutes later. I was delighted to find my order was ready 10 minutes ahead of schedule. So imagine my surprise when I took a bite in my car and it was COLD. This roll was clearly made hours ago. Not great!

The food is good and the staff appear friendly but they can’t follow directions too well. My issue, is the lack of napkins and utensils and the amount of times my order is incorrect over the phone. I’ve been to this location several times and for every to go order Ive asked for napkins and utensils (what I consider to be basic dining etiquette) and every-time I get to work or my destination its never in the bag. Its gotten to a point where I open the bag in front of them which makes me feel like Im dealing with children. I could see forgetting once or twice but its 90% of the time. I hope management addresses this.

Everything I ate was amazing great patio and perfect summer lunch spot. It was my first time dining but won't be me last! Visited again with my brother from out of town and my dad. My brother loved everything he tried. My father had never had that type of food before and he enjoyed it as well. The staff is amazing!
