This place is absolutely amazing if you love hot spicy food, unbelievable, I haven't found any other Indian restaurant in west LA that does Indian food like this. I would give it 10 stars if I could, but beware, if you're not good with spicy hot food it might not be for you.

I loved this Indian food. I almost ordered online but last second decided to call to get a recommendation on what to order instead. Who I presume was the owner answered, and we had a good 5min conversation on the menu and my dietary restrictions. I told him I am on a low carb diet. When I picked it up he did not disappoint, it came with sautéed veggies instead of rice, I asked for it hot and he put the chilli oil on the side so I can spice it to my liking. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the portion was very large. It’s basically 2 meals if you get the dinner selection. I’m from out of town, but this will be my new goto every time I’m staying down the street.

Love this place, it's got a great patio, great selection, some appropriately volumed jazz music. The owner, or who I assume is the owner, is super attentive and even remembered me the second time I came in after like 3 months lol. I think a lot of people do takeout here it seems like, but I like to set aside some time to just go dine alone and this is one of the places that I feel very welcomed doing that. Most entrees are around $17 and then you can turn it into a meal with rice, veggies, naan for an extra $5. Beer and wine prices seem fair. Food and drinks come out promptly, and the amount of food will make 2 meals unless you absolutely stuff yourself. Can't think of anything else to say, but I highly recommend this as my favorite Indian spot in Venice. Parking: Can park in the near by neighborhood streets, but might be hard to find a spot when it's super busy. I saw the owner let someone park directly in front of the business driveway when they weren't sure where to park lol, super
