We enjoy this place, their pho is one of our favorites.. however, we have ordered takeout at least 50+ times and the meat always comes rare. This last time it did not, it was in the broth making it rubbery and inedible. When we called the restaurant all we received was arguments from the first person who answered the phone then the manager. Asking if we put a note on the takeout order for rare (which is how it’s supposed to come according to the menu) but they don’t allow notes on the order system.. super frustrating to spend $50+ each time we order from them for us to get argued with. Might be our last time eating from here for a while.

Food was fresh & tasty. Portion sizes pictured are of leftovers. We had a Seafood Hot Pot, Yellow Curry Chicken and B1G1 Sushi. Not pictured is the Mochi dessert. Holly was an attentive waitress. I never give 5 stars but they were close.
