This is a regular weekly spot for us so I didn’t think about posting a review until just now. Imagine a friendly neighborhood French bistro with amazing food and you have Axois. It should be by surprise that the owner is from Aix. We like the shrimp cocktail which is always freshly cooked, comes out with warm shrimp quickly cooling on ice with a very nice sauce. The trout is wonderful as is steak frites. Outside seating is on a Beaty’s patio and the restaurant is attached to a small 90 year old shopping area known as Crestwood. They have half price bottle of wine nights a few times per week.
