Adam's Soul To Go

Worth going to the mall just for this!!! Loved my ribs and wings. And the collards reminded me of gramma’s!

Was out doing some errands and needed to grab something to eat while at Rosedale. Went into Potluck and spotted Adam's. They had a special on a chicken sandwich so I decided to grab that! They soak the chicken in buttermilk and then coat it in their house spice mix and fry it! They serve it on a toasted Brioche Bun with LTO and top it with cheese and Sriracha mayo. The first bite into this crispy and well seasoned chicken is just magical. While not spicy in the Nashville sense the Sriracha mayo adds a nice kick. Now that I tried this version I hope they do come out with a spicy one. They also have a great assortment of Southern Bites like ribs and tacos! Food was made to order so it took a few minutes but is well worth the wait. The staff was all masked, gloved, and behind a barrier.

Friendly service. Just ordered 6 ribs with no sides and ribs were great and tastety. I did not even use the sauce I had them put on the side. Ribs were tender and juice and needed no sauce at all. Definetly will be back when I'm at Rosedale. ????
