A Taste of Cindy's Kitchen

This is one of my favorite places to eat out. Awesome comfort food and wonderful family owned business. We have been customers for around a decade. The smothered pork chop on Tuesdays is AMAZING!!! :D

Customer Service is of non-existence unless the staff knows you personally or you're palm colored ( my experience while waiting & observing)... No one speaks or says hello upon entering. I felt like I was a bother at their place of business. A simple order- catfish sandwich & fries took 30mins. The food is not bad, I'll say that. I've ordered here before, the catfish is amazing but it's not enough to be a repeat customer & spend money when you're not welcomed especially in this economy when people are more picky then ever how we spend our hard earned money. This was my 1st time in person, so I am very disappointed. My fish sandwich was not as I've had before. My order has been better delivered than in person today. My sandwich was made with two pieces of very dry bread, lettuce, tomatoes, & fish- DRY!!! A Taste of Cindy's kitchen maybe a legendary establishment, but maintaining that status is on another level- Poor Customer Service skills and needs updating. #FoodReview

I was so hoping their food would be good. I had fried chicken, there was no breading on it. Just a chicken breast thrown in a fryer. It came out looking like an alien. The okra was tasteless, and macaroni gross. The place is dirty too. We waited 40 minutes on food and we were one of two tables there for an early dinner. It’s a no from us.
