9 Oaks Grill

First time trying their food. The waitress was very polite but I didn’t appreciate the manager. I ordered a veggie omelet stuffed with hash browns add Swiss cheese. As I was eating I found a piece of hair in my food. The manager asked me to give my food to him. I never experienced a restaurant asking for the food back. When I received the new omelette I was barely hash browns on the inside the omelette was thicker than before as if he took my old omelette and add eggs to it. I asked for him to make me a new one he told me no. I was very disturbed from the reaction I received

The food and service here were excellent. The chili is great especially on the hot dog. I had the Alfredo and it was super creaming and flavorful. The portion sizes were huge foe the price. Our waitress was super nice also. The location was deceiving because it is in a strip mall, but there is plenty of seating and takeout of you prefer.

I ordered The Ultimate Omelet Skillet because I wanted a good balanced amount of ingredients. Instead I got a lot of mushrooms potatoes and eggs whites. The waitresses were very friendly and saved the day. Give people what they pay for. $14
