I ordered a large-ish order for pick up 24 hours in advance. I specifically asked for no onions on my meal...and got alllllll the onions. I can see that although I specified no onions on multiple occasions the bartender that took the order didn't actually take my order as requested.I called to ask for a refund and was put on hold by the bartender (very nice and apologetic- clearly didn't do his job Correctly) and he came back on the line and said they couldn't give partial refund back to a card, but would give me credit? Seriously, read the room. Why would I go back to a place that screwed up very simple instructions?. I asked for the manager. He was too busy for a customer complaint. This is my first experience here as all of my employees insisted this was "the spot". I will never go back and hope they figure out how to listen to their customers. Horrible experience all around

Seriously one of the worst dining experiences in my entire life 5 guys came a little past 7:00 and the bar was busy but barely anyone in the seating Appetizers came out 45 mins later A couple came in after ordered are and LEFT before our food came out at 8:30! Two of us ordered linguine and clams. The claims were so rubbery I swear they had Good Year Tire and Rubber Company stamped on them! To be fair our server apologized several times and told us that they were backed up with take out orders; so we were not as important I guess. They did comp us the apps but a REAL MANAGER would have come over to put table and at least apologized instead of this poor server. We did tip her 15 percent because it was not her fault. Do yourself a favor,skip this place!

I went for a retirement party and ordered the Salmon option. The salmon was very good but it was over a huge pile of not to tastey, I'd even say pastey, plain white rice... There were no other sides on the dish, so it looked pretty unappetizing for $25. What helped and why I gave this place 4 stars were the wings, salad and bread served as appetizers beforehand, the service was good and the place itself was a nice location. Others who ordered the steak, received mashed potatoes that looked amazing... They still should give one more side, like some veggies or if it's just rice, it should be rice pilaf.
