3.5 stars, rounding up. I've never had an amazing out-of-this-world experience at 551 West. I've never had a horrible experience at 551 West. Their location is very convenient for me, but I don't find myself visiting frequently. The food is passable. The beverages are cold. The wait staff is reasonably polite and friendly. I will return to 551 West out of convenience, not seeking a knock-your-socks-off meal.
Great food! A lot of unique flavors! Edit: I still think about how good this Burger was. It may be my favorite burger if all time.
We really enjoyed our lunch here. The baked mash potato balls are unique and good. It was not too busy being a Sunday but I'm guessing this place is hopping on the weekends. Our server, Sarah was just wonderful. Check it out!
