5300 Chop House

If I'd known this restaurant was in a hotel's lobby when I made my reservation, I wouldn't have made a reservation on x-mas day. They would have gotten three stars for being open on x-mas, but one star off for the very long wait for our entrees. If you speak Spanish, you'll probably enjoy it more. Nobody here spoke English very well when we went. Nobody was a native speaker of English, but they were nice enough. You'll get your food on "Caribbean time "

Good service and good food (if you like steak)

For starters..... the food has always been amazing, this is our second time attending this restaurant and they definitely have customers for life. Duanne is the best bartender/mixologist, his Long Island is to kill for!!!!! His hospitality is out of this world and I will always make my way to see him whenever visiting Miami.... Yunior, who’s another waiter, had EXCELLENT hospitality as well. Hadn’t met him until tonight... but we must say they really worked together and made our experience worth it!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!
