I was expecting Pho but they had a different type of noodle soup which I wanted to try out. Their special noodle soup consisted of pork including heart, shrimp amd quail egg which was very delicious. The umami flavor was out of this world. Definitely, love the the vibe of the mom and pap shop.
The food is great, good portions for a decent price. Staff is friendly and will help you order something good even if you're not familiar with their menu or the cuisine.
Vietnamese noodles similar to Cambodian style. Eat with toasted bread and crisanthumum leaves. Get the #1 includes pork, heart, shrimp, quail egg. Here is a lot of love and care in this soup! Highly recommend!!!
