As with other reviews of this restaurant, it seems their service is the weak link. The food is really very good. Nothing we ordered in the 2 times we went was not good. The sliders and the steak and salads were all well executed. Food alone would be 5 stars. However the service is holding this location back. While not unfriendly, there was a lack of professionalism. Language was a barrier for some of the servers and they seemed to lack some basic skills. Not removing dirty plates. Not offering the daily special or soup. Just a lot of little things that take away from the overall experience. That said, you could definitely do worse for dinner in downtown.
Wonderful staff, a beautiful view with windows facing into the streets, and a nice atmosphere. I have a gluten allergy and the staff was not very knowledgeable about keeping my food safe for me to eat. If you are eating gluten free or have celiac disease I would not recommend taking the risk and eating here.
Freidnly staff but the food is trash. Please save your money and get food from McDonald's. The choclate cake was cold and kind of hard for $14. I could of got better quality from Dollar tree. For $5 I got a sippie cup of apple juice and some over fried stale fries to go with my $18 cold burger. $45 for trash including tax and tip. I could of spent $9 at McDonald's and got better quality and a larger quantity.
