OK in a pinch, but better options available. We were really looking forward to getting a nice taste of home, but this didn't quite hit the mark. Service was decent but not great. Was surprised to see the table was dirty (visible cup rings, food bits, etc.), even during a slow period. Even when food was delivered, it was just placed on the obviously dirty table. Thankfully they gave a free hand sanitizer, so we could clean the table ourselves when napkins arrived with the food. Also ordered 4 musubi to go with our order and found later we received only 3. No receipt was given, so unsure if we were charged for 3 or 4. Also, tipping when you order results in the cashier shouting "tip tip" to the person in the back. A little unusual for a tiny place. Food: Plate lunch portions run on the small side for Hawaiian plate lunch. Beef stew in mixed plate was tasty, hamburger steak was ok but gravy was congealed from sitting in a warmer. A hidden gem. Had Garlic Shrimp, Korean Chicken and Chicken Katsu. All were delicious, good sized portions and made with Aloha. Will definitely be back.

Always feel very welcomed by the staff. There is always lots of choices and specials that keep you being able to choose something different with each visit. Value is fair and portions are decent!
