2 Forks Up

We went to Forks Up for our mom’s birthday, and the waitress, Colleen, was exactly what you’d want for a larger group. She was relatable but not intrusive. She came with a beautiful, bright smile and met every need before we needed to ask. Aside from the excellent service, the food was delicious. My mom enjoyed the lobster ravioli and they even brought a slice of cake and candle. She cried from the love. We stayed too late, yet no one hurried us out. The evening was so special for mom.

Scrumptious seafood joint. Make a reservation in advance or you will miss out dining at this seafood joint. Hot Bloody marys with lobster tail are amazing, crab leg dinner, lobster crab dinner amazing, crab and steak dinner amazing. Unfortuantely they were out of raw oysters and the raw clams were just alright.... my dish... the linguine and clam sauce was good but wished there were more clams. Overall liked the place and would be back again but I would likely only go for lobster and crab.

We were there for the first time a Thursday evening on a beautiful sunny day. The drive from downtown Buffalo to Getzville via the Thruway was pleasant even at rush hour. At arrival we were surprised at the apparent rural setting of the location, because it is so close to the university on a major road. Parking looked tight, but it was an optical illusion upon entering, because it was ample as we drove further in. We were immediately acknowledged as we stepped up to the hostess podium. This restaurant is using the honor system now for Covid prevention and it looked clean and sanitized. There is sitting inside and on the patio. Our order was taken promptly and delivered appropriately. There are many original options of fresh seafood. We ordered skewered lobster bits wrapped in bacon served with onion rings drizzled in maple syrup as an appetizer. Delicious! The lobster lasagna and the lobster roll were also very tasty. It was all the way around a very pleasant experience.
