1897 Market

I visited this establishment and the wait was extremely long just trying to get in and seated. There was another wait for the food and it was just down hill from there.When I did receive my food, it wasn't fully cooked. Rather than complain, I paid for my food and left. I doubt I will be going back.

I read mixed reviews on this airport restaurant, however it looked busy and the food looked good so I decided to try it . I sat at the bar because the restaurant was on a wait. The bartender was friendly and was good about giving me recommendations even though he was busy. I took them and ordered the brussel sprouts and a mushroom chicken sandwich . The brussel sprouts didn't look very good , they tasted great though. Some were are the edge of burnt and edible. They were roasted with onions and very flavorful. I would recommend these. The chicken sandwich was on chibatta bread, a little to much bread for the chicken, however the sandwich was yummy. The local tomatoes were firm and sweet and the truffle aioli added creaminess. ( ask for more on the side , they only gave me a little squirt) Overall, definitely above average food and service. The guy next to me said his pizza was amazing.

For me it was a great experience. A little bit of a wait to get a table but the rest was really good. Burger with pimento cheese and truffle fries, yummy! Make sure to order a side of BBQ sauce, it was so good! Server was very attentive, kudos to her.
