We had a fabulous meal. The atmosphere is warm and elegant. Service top notch. Everything from our appetizers to dessert was excellent.

I wanted to like this restaurant, but I never got to experience it because I was seated in the Tap Room. I made a reservation for my wedding anniversary dinner well in advance, and asked for a recommendation on seating for a special occasion. I was told we'd be seated in the Terrace. When we arrived, we were taken to the Tap Room. It's a casual bar area. We ordered a drink from the menu and were told the bartender had just stopped making it. So we ordered something else. There was no acknowledgement of our special occasion. This is the first time this has ever happened. I'm from Los Angeles and typically the more upscale restaurants acknowledge your special occasion. It was disappointing. The food was okay. Nothing spectacular. The hotel is super old, but it's nice and appears to be well take care of. It does have a somewhat dark and heavy vibe to it. Definitely not bright and vibrant.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I never, and I mean NEVER, have experienced such slow service. We sat for an hour and 45 minutes— and still did not receive any food. Or bread as an appetizer! When we inquired about this, our waitress told us they did not have any more. The other tables continuing to receive bread after this would beg to differ. The restaurant is so beautiful. It was a shame that the service was this unpleasant. We watched our waitress attend to one table, but neglect the rest.
