Reliably good, reasonably priced (cold and hot) sandwiches, soups, and salads including leafy greens and pasta salads. Friendly and efficient service, too. The combos are a nice deal - I like getting a soup + salad or soup + sandwich. They also cater my office's meetings quite often; they can cater both breakfast (pastries and breakfast sandwiches, plus coffee) and lunch (mostly sandwiches for us). Some of my coworkers have said some of their catered sandwiches a bit boring after a while, so you may consider specifically requesting the types of sandwiches you prefer.

I used to LOVE this place when I worked in Downtown but when I went there this morning, they couldn't make what I asked for (croissant w/ spinach & egg). Also, I asked for soy milk instead of regular milk for the cuppacino(?spelling); I don't think I was given soy milk cuz my stomach is upset now (hence, the need for "milk" replacement, as my tummy doesn't do well w/ dairy). The server (tho nice & polite)didn't seem to know what I was asking---neither the server nor barista seemed to care about "customer service"...What happened to the nice Asian lady who used to help me??? She anticipated what customers wanted & did great "suggestive selling"...making people WANT to buy more & give generous tips...I gave a decent tip, even tho the server & barista didn't seem to care or notice!????
